The Budapest Congress Center (BCC), the city’s premier conference venue, will serve as the home for OTS 2025. Located in a scenic area near the Buda Hills, BCC offers state-of-the-art facilities, modern meeting spaces, and excellent connectivity to the city's top attractions and accommodations.

Walking Tour of Budapest Pest side
Saturday, 18 October | 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Join us for a captivating 2-hour walking tour of Budapest’s vibrant Pest side the day before the Annual Meeting begins
Starting at 3:30 PM and lasting for 2 hours, this guided walk will take you through the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Parliament Building, Chain Bridge, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Opera House, and Andrássy Avenue.
As we stroll through the historic streets, you’ll gain fascinating insights into Budapest’s history, culture, architecture, and gastronomy.
From the banks of the Danube, enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Hill and Gellért Hill on the Buda side.
This walking tour can easily be combined with an evening cruise on the Danube River.
Don’t miss this perfect opportunity to explore Budapest while connecting with fellow participants!

Evening Cruise & Live Music on the Danube
Saturday, 18 October | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Set sail with us for an unforgettable evening on the Danube!
Join fellow OTS participants for a 2-hour sightseeing cruise through the heart of Budapest, complete with live music, stunning views, and warm hospitality.
Relax with a welcome drink in hand as we glide past the city's most iconic landmarks—UNESCO World Heritage sites, beautifully illuminated at night. From the majestic Parliament building to Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge, this is Budapest at its most magical.
🎶 Enjoy the vibrant rhythms of a live Gypsy band, performing onboard to set the perfect mood.
🍷 Visit the onboard drink bar for additional refreshments (pay-as-you-order).
🌆 Take in panoramic views from spacious open-air terraces—ideal for unforgettable photos.
🌡️ The ship is climate-controlled for your comfort, with AC or heating as needed.
